Ongoing training for our staff is provided through various organizations (AAHAM, HFMA, Ingenix, Inc.) and online training sites such as MedLearn.com.

Each staff member is encouraged to attend, either online or in person, seminars covering all new HIPAA, Charity Care and billing regulations for all payors.

Training is paid for by Medical Account Solutions and each new employee is paid a bonus for becoming a CPAT. All of the training provided to our employees includes training on The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. In order to become a CPAT, all collectors and billers are tested on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
